The Nip Kelley Company was founded by the late Claude A. "Nip" Kelley III in 1959 with the creation of Kelley Transportation Company, Inc.  The business expanded into construction, and trucking, as "Nip" became known as a tough-minded businessman with strong character and a reputation for fairness, loyalty, and generosity throughout his life and business career.
